Welcome to Our July 2013 Newsletter

As we approach the half way mark of 2013, there have already been a lot of changes since our January newsletter. We can confirm we have contracted with Lamar Construction to build our new facility on the lot just South of our current location. This building will be dedicated to our All Phase Hydraulics division. They have experienced tremendous growth, as have all the other divisions, and we have simply run out of space in our building and the parking lot. This new building should relieve some of that congestion. We hope to have the building up and operating by January so when the busy spring season begins in 2014, we will be ready to service the needs of you, our customers, even BETTER. Feel free to stop in or drive by and watch as we progress through this building project. Just as we are interested in your business, we appreciate your interest in ours, and welcome any suggestions or ideas for improvement. Thank you!

Welcome To The Team

In the past few months our division has continued to stay busy, and the work continues to come in. In order to continue keeping up with demand, we are continuing
to hire. Jason Bertsch has been hired to help us out in the shop, cleaning and assisting the other shop technicians. Also, Mike Nind has come on board to help assist in quoting the repair work as it comes in.

William Michael Nind – Born and raised in the little town of Free Soil, MI, Mike comes to us with over 15 years of experience in remanufacturing hydraulic components. He spent the last 6 of those years as a shop foreman for Abbot Hydraulics where he managed the technicians, and scheduled and quoted work. In his free time he enjoys to go out in the woods to hunt, fish, camp and ride ATVs. We were thrilled to have Mike join our team this past May.

Jason Bertsch – We at All Phase would like to introduce one of our newest employees, Jason Bertsch. Jason is married to Tarah and they have three children. Upon hearing about the job at All Phase, Jason decided to leave his job of driving truck. When he is not at work, he spends his time fishing and hunting.

Welcome to the team Jason!

The guys working hard in the shop!
